Koven are Max Rowat and Kate Boyle, a unique production outfit to rise out of the drum and bass circuit who first showcased their fresh fusion of vocals and on point production when they dropped their free EP Wake You Up back in 2011. The duo have since gone on to drop a slew of hefty d’n’b cuts for the Viper Recordings camp and work alongside Modestep on the mighty Take it All drop, going onto be called upon to remix the likes of Hadouken and The Prototypes. Their release schedule is just as promising in 2016 as they continue to build up a healthy international rep for their compelling sound, something that they showcase perfectly in this exclusive new mix ahead of the pair’s date in Room One for the next Viper Live takeover on June 10th.
