London based artist, Sigha can teach you a lot about long, measured mixes. After surfacing on Scuba’s Hotflush imprint he’s since gone on to start his own label, Our Circula Sound, and over his 12” releases he continues to channel industrial noise and some of the darkest warehouse sounds possible. His latest HF029 EP for the Berlin based Hotflush, mixes elements of acid with the kind of kick drum pound that can excite your ears whatever climate you’re in and as such he suits the long space of Room Two perfectly; is mixing style builds expectation and lulls you deep in to his selections.
This Saturday he’ll be joining Terry Francis and Sandwell District in that very space, so to get an idea of what he can do with a couple of turntables and a stacked record bag, check out his recent podcast for the Boiler Room.
