Crate Diggin': The Best Of Noisia Invites, As Selected By Noisia

Sitting on one of the thrones of the drum & bass kingdom, Noisia have had the d&b circuit at their command since day dot. Their heavy output of technically complex and meticulous productions have landed on labels like Shogun Audio and Renegade Hardware with the Dutch trio releasing their most critically lauded output Split The Atom, their debut studio album, on their self run label Vision back in 2010. They've also gifted us the superlative FABRICLIVE 40, remixed for Bjork and collaborated with the likes of Amon Tobin, Foreign Beggars and Spor. Needless to say, the upcoming Noisia Invites takeover of Room One is something we ourselves have been eagerly awaiting. Piloting Room One next Friday (12th February) alongside a lineup they've personally invited down themselves, the trio have provided us with a sonic indication of exactly the kind of immense drum & bass extravaganza we can expect next Friday as they pick a favourite tunes from the guests they've assembled...

Phace & Rockwell - YES!

Noisia: An obvious answer to their 2011 collab titled 'NO!', this track alone would be a valid reason to be hyped to see these guys play back to back! JA!!!

Stakka & Skynet ft Kemal & Rob Data - Bios Fear

Even though Skynet has been putting some sick new stuff recently (One Speed on Invisible deserves a mention) we couldn’t resist listing this track. It’s a true classic from the Clockwork album, which we’ve always cited as a massive influence on our own sound. To have Skynet playing back to back Rob Data on our night is a dream come true.

Xtrah - Cybernetics

What a banger. Raw and hard with serrated edges. Sounds quite old school but modern enough to drop into any set. Love this tune.

Stray ft Fracture - Bounce That

Fresh and exciting vibes, bringing new influences into drum and bass. Looking forward to this set!

Posij - Techplant

Now we must be ready for a new danger! And some of the greatest bleeps.

Disprove - FRQNCS

This is one of the tracks we’re always looking forward to to drop in a DJ set. So simple in it’s concept, but very well executed!
