For me personally, DJ Marky & Friends has been my favourite drum & bass night for years. All the intensity of a big, having-it jump up night but with a fantastically diverse crowd, an across the spectrum selection of drum & bass, a sprinkling of classics, and a rare chance to see a proper old fashioned showman DJ play for hours on end.
Marky returns this Friday, and if musical, forward-thinking drum & bass is your bag, it’s three rooms of dynamite, with dBridge and the Autonomic boys in Room Three, Marcus Intalex and the Soul:R crew in Room Two, and Marky & Friends on the main floor.
