Much like Akira Kiteshi before them, 16 Bit have exploded in the half step dubstep arena boldly and to much acclaim with tracks like 'Chainsaw Caligraphy,' their 'In The Death Car' EP on Boka Records (and the resulting Electronic Explorations mix) and, of course, their AV remix of Funhouse.
The London based production duo have remixed Israel native Borgore's track ‘Foes’ and are kindly making it available for fabric blog readers. It’s another example of just how much excitement the duo can cram into one track with the opening G-Funk melodics and its subsequent chiming piano chords and crunchy shakers firming up the backbone of the track whilst some female vocals kindly inform you how should be dressing and a fat synthline oscillates its way through to the forefront of the mix. The playful hook is guaranteed to be ringing in your ears for weeks to come and is blatantly designed to raise the roof off the clubs 16Bit frequent.
A nice example of what to expect from the boys at FABRICLIVE tomorrow when they play Room Three alongside fellow bass bin bracers Starkey, Drop The Lime and Tayo.
