N Type is a Rinse.fm DJ and the owner of three record labels - namely Wheel & Deal, Terrain and Sin City (which he co-runs with Hatcha). He's also an incredibly proficient DJ, who's been mastering the task of a 4 deck set in his house for a while now. He debuted the multi turntable set at FWD>> a couple of weeks ago and he’s set to show us it extensively this Friday when his Sin City family goes head to head with True Tiger in Room One. He told us he had some footage of the FWD>> performance that he could show us, but then he went and framed it with an informative little interview to get us all a bit better acquainted...
As an additional gift N Type went and commissioned a mix from Taiki & Nulight, an artistic pairing you’ll undoubtedly be hearing more from in the immediate future. With backgrounds in electro and drum & bass respectively, the duo has the force and production nous to make a splash with tracks like ‘Unison’ forthcoming on Sin City.
