Job Vacancy: Fabric Receptionist/Office Badass Needed.

Here at fabric, we're on the lookout for a receptionist & all-around office organiser: someone to work and assist in managing a busy, productive office in an exciting independent music venue and record label. The role is office based hours with the occasional need for later work on event nights and club shows. The role is a central support hub for many departments within the business and requires a person able to work on their own initiative and under their own steam. Multi tasking and understanding the varying departmental needs, as well as having top administrative skills are a must for this position.

The candidate must be:

•         Friendly, hard working, highly organised and very diligent
•         Show a huge amount of initiative and enthusiasm
•         Have a passion for music, good understanding of dance music, and understand what fabric is about
•         Tolerant of the huge array of departments affiliated to the role
•         Needs to be extremely flexible in time and outlook – we are a nightclub!!
•         To have a foundation from which we can build specific knowledge through exposure. Market aware

Skills:

•         Computer literate in Windows & Microsoft Office & Outlook
•         Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
•         Someone with strong administrational and organizational skills – able to construct and create on demand systems and processes to aid the smooth running of the business
•         A good leader – able to take control of situations through evaluating all factors
•         Resilient and resourceful and not afraid of problem solving under pressure
•         A completer / finisher – sees the job through to the end
•         Proactive individual with the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
•         First rate communicator both through documentation and / inter-personal
•         Must have an excellent phone manner and ability to deal with clients and enquiries under pressure
•         Good time keeping and project development skills
•         Be able to identify problems with / maintain / modify / improve current methods of operating

Salaries: Commensurate on experience and applicant, private healthcare and other benefits.
