General

To return a faulty CD please telephone 0870 444 6088 for authorisation. You will need to indicate the reason for your return and have them original invoice.
We will replace a faulty disc with the same title or refund back to a credit card if the title is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods.

Refunds

You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days).


Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot exchange discs unless they are received faulty or the wrong title is received incorrectly.


Testing

We test every single return. If a returned disc is found not to be faulty we will return the discs with a postage charge not exceeding £2. We advise you to check the disc on a second machine before returning.
