When it comes to house music there's been something of a renaissance in New York City these past few years, and one of its main advocates is Levon Vincent. Born in Houston, Texas and raised on the East Coast; he now calls Berlin his home. From a close alliance with the NYC music community bridged via Halcyon records, Levon founded Deconstruct with Antony Parasole as well as his own label Novel Sound. His raw brand of dubbed out beats soon went onto find an audience in scene veterans Craig Richards and Berghain's Marcel Dettmann and wider love from the scene at large.
It was in 2012 after many years playing the club that Levon recorded his fabric66 release, a real portrait of the scene he came from and whose accomplishment was quickly echoed from music critics and fans alike and we're still privileged to welcome Levon back as a frequent guest to Farringdon.
