Hyroglifics - FABRICLIVE x Critical Sound Mix

Toting what the label describe as “a fiercely avant-garde sound of way beyond his years” the young Surrey based drum & bass producer, Hyroglifics, just dropped the inaugural release on Critical’s brand new Binary division - their digital only series devote to unearthing new talent. His first three track drop displays a penchant for half time d&b as each tunes rolls with just as much balance and technicality as tunes twice their speed might command. Sticking true to the offshoot imprint’s mantra of embracing the speed and quick fix culture of digital downloads, Hyroglific’s delivers a delightfully unique and rounded take on his sound.

Making his debut appearance here in Farringdon when he plays the Critical Sound hosted Room Two on Friday 18th July, we asked him if he wouldn't mind putting together an example of the way he plays, so we could better introduce him – and his music – ahead of the performance...
