Seth Troxler returns to Room One. By now one of electronic music’s most in-demand DJs, the Detroit-born native is known and loved for his truly unique energy and charisma. He shows this personality whenever he steps behind the decks with us in Farringdon, presenting his own take on electronic music with an inimitable charm. He’s joined by another close Farringdon family member as Magda returns. Born in Poland, raised in Detroit and now settled in Berlin, Magda famously helped spearhead techno’s minimal revival. While she’s always been known foremost as a supreme selector, in recent she’s also focussed on her Berlin-based label and event series, Perm. Finally Magda prepares for a live set with T.B. Arthur, showcasing their experimentalist acid sound under their joint project, Blotter Trax.
In Room Two, Black Asteroid lands. A close affiliate to the likes of CLR and Electric Deluxe, the producer named Bryan Black has a touch on techno that presents club music at its darkest. He brings his throttling live set to Room Two, joined by Berghain’s own techno and breakbeat wizard, Answer Code Request. The Ostgut Ton mainstay touches down following the release of his ‘Gens’ LP via the powerhouse imprint, bringing his dense breaksy sound to Room Two. Rounding off the bill, we welcome back Farringdon regular Jay Clarke.
