Peggy Gou makes her Farringdon debut. Following an extended period touring the globe at full tilt, the Berlin-based producer and DJ touches down for her first appearance in Room One. Gou had a particularly rapid ascent in 2018, with her ubiquitous dancefloor hit ‘It Makes You Forget (Itgehane)’ becoming a soundtrack across clubs and festivals worldwide. While Gou has mastered producing breezy tracks like this, behind the decks her sound spans dreamy deep house, acid-flecked four four and spacey techno. Joining her for a live performance in Room One is a special guest – keep an eye out for more info on this soon. One of Farringdon’s longstanding regulars, Levon Vincent also lands. Hailing from New York and now based in Berlin, Vincent is widely considered a pioneer of New York’s house resurgence, an expert at crafting his own contemporary deep house sound. Across his back catalogue he’s released countless dancefloor hits, all of them tied together by his unique production voice. Finally rounding off the bill is Anna Wall, whose recent Farringdon appearances have shown the broad expanse of her record collection.
Luigi Madonna plays an extended set in Room Two. A key signee on the peerless Drumcode imprint, the Italian producer and DJ is currently one of the most esteemed artists in contemporary techno. Behind the decks, he displays a love for the genre’s brighter side, shown best during his longer performances. He joins us for a 4-hour set, while our resident Terry Francis brings his own style of zingy tech house to round off the bill.
