We can finally announce that we’ll be partnering with Junction 2 to host The Bridge stage as part of our 20th anniversary celebrations this summer. On Friday 7th June, we’ll be heading west to Boston Manor Park to spend the day underneath the M4 flyover, before descending on our Farringdon space for the festival’s official After Hours sessions on both the Friday and Saturday night.
For this year’s festival, Junction 2 have invited a string of respected brands and partners with whom they share mutual values, giving a chance for us to build upon the foundations we’ve recently established with one another. As we hit our 20 year milestone, we’ll be marking the occasion with an epic summer throw down that should connect fans of what we do both new and old. It’s a rare opportunity for us to showcase the spirit of EC1 on a dramatic stage with superlative sound, inviting some of our most cherished artists to play in front of one of the most glorious backdrops London has to offer.
One of our cornerstone artists, Ricardo Villalobos will be landing to present his hypnotic minimalist flair. He’ll be joined by our founding resident Craig Richards, whose blend of heady techno, house, electro and rave records have shaped the sound of Saturday nights in Farringdon for the last two decades. Dixon will also be touching down to champion the emotionally-charged sound of his leading Innervisions label. The master of some of modern house’s biggest dancefloor anthems, DJ Koze will also be in tow. Following a recent ascent that’s taken him to the upper tiers of electronic music, Job Jobse will also perform. Rounding things off are Farringdon regulars Adam Shelton and Subb-an uniting under their joint alias, S_AS. Every artist will play on The Bridge’s Funktion-One sound system across 11 hours, while the full line-ups for both after parties to be announced soon.
