Amelie Lens launches her fabric presents album. The Belgian DJ has had a rapid ascent in recent years, and through her hard-hitting club and festival sets, today she’s regarded one of techno’s top-tier heavyweights. She’s also formed a closed relationship with us, both as a cherished regular in our space, and a stellar edition in our fabric presents compilation series. For her launch party, she’s joined by a cast of artists pushing a bolder style of techno with a modern edge, with Manchester producer Setaoc Mass and Elixyr founder AIROD helping Lens to hold down Room One.
Room Two pushes further into club music's tougher terrain. Perc returns, bringing the relentless sound of his peerless Perc Trax imprint. Behind the booth, he’s equally fearless, something he’s used to showcasing in the depths of our Room Two space. Dominic Fernow serves up his usual abrasive noise under his Vatican Shadow alias, while the bill is rounded off by a name who’s quickly found a place at the forefront of techno in recent years – our own IMOGEN.
