Apollonia play all night long. For many years now, Dan Ghenacia, Dyed Soundorom and Shonky have been renowned for their quickfire one-on-one-off back-to-back-to-back sessions, where pacey transitions and groove are both key to the mix. The French trio first made a name together through their Apollonia label, which sees each member putting out their own deep house cuts alongside rising artists and forgotten bombs from the past. Over the last decade they’ve become one of house and techno’s most in-demand DJ partnerships, holding an established place with us as one of our most anticipated takeovers in the calendar. This February, they return for another electric session from start to finish.
Room Two welcomes another longstanding regular, Claude VonStroke. The Dirtybird chief lands for his first performance in two years, where he’s set to join us for an extended four hour set. As a DJ, producer and label owner, Claude VonStroke is best known for his love of bass-heavy, chunky house, a sound he helped popularise around the world. He first forged his style in the early 2000s, but with his ongoing studio work, regular club and festival gigs and label duties, today his sound remains as popular as ever. Joining him is one of London’s most exciting rising talents, Cici. A regular in both the capital and Ibiza, the Irish-born DJ champions deep house with a modern twist. She lands for her Saturday night debut with us to round off a night with some of the sound’s leading figures.
