Jan Blomqvist makes his Farringdon debut. The Berlin producer has a style of electronic music that’s totally his own, pushing warm, shiny deep house with a pop sensibility. His records for the various offshoots of Dutch powerhouse Armada showcase his polished take on four-to-the-floor, while his live sets offer an insight into his compelling sound. For his first Forms appearance, he’s joined by Oliver Schories, the Hamburg artist best known for his tech-indebted house productions. The majority of his work can be found on his own Soso label, which has also become a home for Schories’ likeminded contemporaries. The bill is finally rounded off by a Forms regular who’s been making a name for himself across the capital in recent years, Sinàl.
