From her first job in London in the fabric cloakroom to fabric resident, it’s been quite a journey for Jossy Mitsu who’s been carving her sound in the capital for a number of years. Now, she has local radio residencies and has made appearances alongside the likes of Joy Orbison and Maya Jane Coles. The past 12 months have been no different; Jossy has been busy perfecting her production skills to critical acclaim, releasing her debut EP Astral Black earlier in 2021 to a lauded response.
Her live sound is equally impressive. Born in Birmingham, her music references the bass house style that’s big in the city. A bass-heavy, leftfield club sound that leans into influences from underground UK garage and jungle ??" something her sets have become well known for. This electrifying concoction of club music has made her quite the nightclub favourite, and you can expect her appearances with us to follow in the same vein.
