On the office stereo today is the 121st exclusive podcast from the long considered hero of the Detroit underground, Delano Smith . Flawlessly pacing through a formidable host of house and rare groove names like Strictly Rhythm, Dessous Recordings and Phoenix G - the podcast gives us a taste of Delano's deep knowledge of records and flat out mixing skills that have come to stretch over his impressive twenty year strong career. Working with his own excellent Mixmode Recordings as well as recording for the likes of Third Ear and Sushitech who recently released his debut benchmark album, ‘An Odyssey’, Delano is at the top of his game and the new LP stands as an essential in our collection.
