Audio: Dana Ruh shares a loopy house mix for Decay Records

Producing and spinning records often seem to go hand in hand, but there aren’t many artists who’ve mastered both arts down to a tee. Dana Ruh set up her label Broquade over a decade ago to carve her own sound as a producer, a move that famously predated a string of killer deep house cuts for labels like Underground Quality, Cocoon and Ostgut Ton. Unlike many studio devotees, she’s also an exceptional DJ, holding down a residency at Berlin institution Club der Visionaere in between her regular dates across Europe. She makes a return to Farringdon this Sunday alongside the Decay Records crew, and ahead of joining us, she put together a mix that showcases her strengths every time she steps into the booth: trippy, loopy house tailored for tireless dancefloors.
