Marius Toflan, the producer and DJ known as Little Hado, got his first taste for electronic music the way many young Romanians do – heading from party to after party (and occasionally to the after after party) in and around Bucharest. By 2008 he would take control of the decks, spinning the kind of stripped-back loopy house that’s suited to Romania’s famously long sessions. He’s since built a small following here in London since relocation to the capital, while his own minimal-minded tracks have landed through labels like Music Is Art and Sleep Is Commercial. His next date is a Sunday nighter with us and the locally-renowned Point. crew, and before joining us, he sent over am after hours recording displaying his own twist on Romania’s inescapable house style.
