Audio: TSHA displays her modern slant on house

Around halfway through Bonobo’s fabric presents album from earlier on this year, the mix falls into a ripple of dulcet piano keys, its melancholic mood the climax to an intro of melody-rich house tracks. The track in question is Sacred, a glistening house cut by the London producer and DJ TSHA. Currently signed to Ninja Tune’s sublabel Counter, TSHA’s quickly risen to prominence across the UK over the last couple of years, regularly playing at some of dance music’s most prominent clubs and festivals. Previously she’s also appeared on the airwaves via the much-loved local stations Worldwide and Rinse, but recently, her attention has been on making and playing records. Having already debuted with us alongside the curator of our inaugural edition to fabric presents, she’s set to return for Forms with Romare and Session Victim next weekend, and ahead of joining us, she prepared a mix that displays her signature modern slant on house.
