Thomas Koch aka DJ T. has always taken well to the task of telling stories. In a career spanning over twenty years, he speaks as much to the history of underground clubbing as an acclaimed music journalist for his German magazine, Groove as he is found DJing regularly in his Frankfurt base to different dots across the globe and as an esteemed producer. He also has a part to play in the history of Get Physical, the label who we are celebrating their 10th birthday with in our disco next weekend, as a founder and label manager and although he has stepped back from the day to day running of the imprint, he still calls it his home releasing his fourth album The Pleasure Principle last year. It's not long until DJ T. arrives in Farringdon for this celebration from the Room One booth and to honor the party, Koch has presented us a ninety minute session mix of uplifting house and deeply melodic grooves, catching the vibe perfectly before he joins close members of his Get Physical family - M.A.N.D.Y, Simon Baker and Raz Ohara live, late into Saturday night.
