Audio: Volatile Cycle share a high-octane neurofunk session

Volatile Cycle rep the harder end of drum & bass, which, judging from their namesake, probably makes a lot of sense. Recently the pair‘s work has included collaborating with Exept and Barbarix, and with support from neurofunk royalty Noisia, it’s likely their tracks will soon be making waves across the full breadth of the scene. Ahead of their appearance with us marking two special anniversaries – Lifestyle Music’s 10-year milestone, and our own 20th – the UK duo put together a mix, skirting through a dark blend of neurofunk, liquid and breaks heat. Tearing through no less than 45 tracks in an hour, it’s a high-octane session giving an insight into their intense, club-driven sound.
