Over the course of this week Stroboscopic Artefacts main man
Lucy will be guest editing
Red Bull Music Academy's web based content. Leading in with a Fireside chat and accompanying transcript profiling both his own work and the output of the label, the rest of the week's planned features follow in suitably strong force with topics covering dub pioneer / God like legend Lee Scrach Perry, minimalist composer Philip Glass and the world of Psychoacoustics. We've included the full list below so you won't miss anything. You can also get more info here and listen to his interview in the player below.
All this comes as Lucy prepares to release his second full length studio album,
Churches, Schools and Guns, a release that is perhaps the techno producer's most experimental work to date while still very much being rooted in the analogue warmth his vintage synth fascination provides. It's making us even more excited about his next visit to Room Two this February where he's set to join Terry Francis and Blawan in the booth.
