The cat is out of the bag, our 14th Birthday ream of artists has been fully announced after feeding them out one by one to you by way of the internet and we have to admit we were probably most excited by the tease out of names more in the office than anyone else (despite actually knowing what was to come next). Needless to say the birthday is our favourite time of year where we get to push the boat out proper and get our heads round programming the perfect 30 hour marathon session making heavy of all the caches of music that fill our books all year round. From the Life and Death alt disco label camp, Clockwork is among the acts journeying to Farringdon to mark the birthday in question. We’re sad to say that there has been a split in their camp with original team member Federico Maccheron leaving the fold leaving Francesco Leali to share the darkened techno aesthetic that we have come to fully appreciate the Clockwork moniker to represent.
