NEWSFLASH: fabric to Curate Late At Tate Britain on 7th June from 6pm

We're proud to be able to announce that we'll be curating the musical portion of the upcoming Late At Tate Britain event on Friday 7th June. A collaboration between the University of the Arts London and Tate Britain, the free event will incorporate music, fashion, installations and discussions, with a loose theme of "chronology" to celebrate Tate Britain's recent chronologically themed re-hanging. We've invited four artists to help tackle the theme in their own way: Alexander Nut B2B Josey Rebelle (Movements In Rhythm DJ set) Two of our favorite DJs are set to approach the chronology theme literally, with Eglo Records boss Alexander Nut and Rinse FM’s Josey Rebelle traveling through a selection of music from the ‘60s right through to that of the present day. Lee Gamble (Live) As an artist who’s made a name for himself by reworking classic breakdowns from old jungle tape packs, the PAN signed Lee Gamble is fast becoming recognised as a master of musical re-appropriation. He will create a one off live set especially for the event, tackling the theme in his own precise and specialist way. Craig Richards (DJ set) As a resident at fabric since the club’s inception, Craig Richards, possesses a unique take on our own chronology, having played here week in, week out for 13 years. We've invited him to delve even deeper into his record collection and present his musical take on the future For more information head to the Tate Britain website.
