We're Hiring: Event Logistics Manager

We are looking for the right person to join our Programming Team to support the Bookings & Promotions Managers in delivering events at fabric. This will include helping to arrange all logistics, travel, tech specs and hotels for the artists booked in EC1.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised and always thinking one step ahead.

This is a full time position based out of our Farringdon office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Organise hotels, local and international travel, certificates of sponsorship, artist dinners and tech-riders
  • Sending itineraries to agents and artists, making sure all information is accurate and delivered on time
  • Arranging riders, guest-list and any other requests the artist's team might have for the event
  • Working outside of normal office hours when necessary – we are a nightclub
  • Essential to have a passion and knowledge of nightlife.  
  • You will be required to work a number of Club night shifts in each month looking after artists and their entourage
  • Participate in the weekly programming meetings and contribute ideas to the team
  • Keeping office stock up to date  
  • Working to budgets, keeping track of payments and following up invoices
  • Organising staff outings and social events
  • Managing internal and external guestlist requests
