There are many things that can help make a party brand a success, but a strong cast of resident DJs might be the most important. Benjamin Rau made his name as a DJ through his residency at Fuse, the house and techno rave that found global success after spawning in East London. After moving to the UK from Berlin he found his way on East London’s party circuit, where a meeting with (the then newcomer) Enzo Siragusa led to him playing Fuse’s inaugural Sunday session. Fuse has since become a global brand that spans beyond just a party, with Rau having played extensively across Europe. He’s also returned to Berlin to work on his production, with records landing on Fuse, Vatos Locos and his own Inkal Music imprint.
