Still very much a production duo, DJ team and record label, Greenmoney is basically the partnership of Leo Greenslade (of West London’s YoYo) and Alex Phountzi (of Bugz in the Attic). Succinctly tasking themselves to make a release music that lives and works on a dancefloor, they've to date released records by artists like Hardhouse Banton, Mista Men, Queenie, Kabalta, Kry Wolf and Major Notes and they're bringing their rave specific outlook to our Room Three space a week on Friday. By inviting pioneering London outfit, Funkystepz - a team who're renowned for their very brazen and danceable house and funky sound - alongside Sheffield's Walter Ego, the Greenmoney signed artist, vocalist and DJ, Queenie and Boxwork, Greenslade and Phountzi are offering up a pretty comprehensive cross section of the type of club-ready dance music they dabble in and ahead of that spectacle, they've put together another promotional mix that outlines a lot of what's currently in their DJ crates...
