Boris Werner is a DJ and producer based in Amsterdam. Active on the Dutch electronic music scene since 2007, he’s put out records on labels like Remote Area, Rush Hour, Soweso and Voyage Direct, pushing the deeper end of house with a contemporary edge. He’s also a regular at the city’s highly-revered Studio 80 club, where he frequently plays extended sets covering the full breadth of his decades-spanning collection. Outside of his gigs on home turf he’s long been a regular fixture behind the decks across Europe, including an upcoming Sunday night gig with us here in Farringdon. He prepped us for his arrival with a new mix, showing his disposition for high-energy four-to-the-floor shufflers.
