New music from Zombies In Miami, Shubostar, Chloé Caillet, Kiara Scuro & more features on 'fabric SELECTS III'
The next compilation out on fabric Originals is curated by our new event series 'Love Hertz'.
Today (4th August 2023) fabric Originals release their third compilation from the ongoing ‘fabric SELECTS’ series. fabric SELECTS III is presented by fabric’s new event series and sub-brand ‘Love Hertz’ and features 15 tracks scoping melodic sensibilities, deep techno, drifting house, and pushy and groovy dance floor numbers including today's focus track 'Forever' from duo Zombies In Miami.
The third compilation coming out on fabric Originals also marks the first compilation on that label that leans into more melodic, deep house and groovy sounds. SELECTS III is a celebration of a genre that has found a firm and welcome home at the club post-lockdown, with 15 fresh, new, and all-original cuts from the likes of Red Axes, Perel, Tony Y Not, Shubostar, Glowal, ANII, Long Island Sound and more.
The 15-track release is a special edition of fabric Originals' ongoing compilation series presented by Love Hertz. Love Hertz is fabric’s new music brand and event series specialising in indie, ethereal, experimental, and deeper sounds. On 13th September 2023, Love Hertz will debut with a special event at St. Paul’s Cathedral; more recently Love Hertz announced a new two-part event taking place at The Cause and fabric London on 23rd September, featuring compilation artists like Hardt Antoine and Pattn & Adnan as well as headliners like Mano Le Tough, Stavroz, Parallelle, Mira and more.
SELECTS III is an array of exciting new talent, established artists, and fabric club regulars alike, all contributing towards a glistening project that will transport listeners into uplifting dancefloor-ready bliss. Red Axes, who have also released a separate single ‘HEY’ ft. A.lonzo via Originals, have put forth the track ‘Super Power Powder’. Meanwhile, rising talent and one-to-watch Chloé Caillet delivers the excellent ‘Back To Self’, making a firm stamp on the release ahead of her curated night ‘SMIILE’ at Colour Factory in Hackney Wick this November.
Other tracks include ‘Revelation’ from Kiara Scuro; diverting slightly from the compilation’s more contemplative moments, the London-based duo presents a floaty yet impactful track, that warps, ebbs, flows, and ups the tension just at the right moment. Plus, already out, ANII’s captivating ‘Just Breathe’, is a perfect instance of the dreamy euphoria that seeps throughout the all-encompassing and well-rounded selection of tracks. “‘Just Breathe’ shows a different part of me and the music I’m into,” she explains. “It's not always just house and techno, but breakbeat and garage and drum and bass and electro. Creating something that reflects my past was extremely satisfying.”
