We're Hiring: Welfare Team
We’re looking for friendly, motivated and compassionate people to join our Welfare team at fabric. You’ll play a key role in supporting our guests, ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable night.
No previous experience is needed. Full training will be provided, but you must be eligible to work in the UK.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth and positivity
- Offer help and guidance to anyone in need: whether that’s reuniting lost friends, finding missing items, or supporting anyone feeling unwell
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and staff
- Work closely with our medical, management, and security teams to keep the club safe and supportive
- Follow health, safety, and wellbeing procedures at all times
About You
- Strong communicator with a calm, friendly approach
- Reliable, empathetic, and a true team player
- Able to stay focused in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Positive mindset and genuine interest in people’s wellbeing
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK

- Typical shift lengths: 8–12 hours (mainly weekends and holidays)
We're Hiring: Cloakroom Attendant
We’re looking for enthusiastic, professional cloakroom attendants to join our weekend team at fabric. As the first and last point of contact for many of our guests, you’ll help create a welcoming, seamless experience.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle items and payments accurately and responsibly
- Stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- Support your teammates and help maintain a positive energy behind the booth
- Bring reliability, warmth, and great customer service to every shift
About You
- Positive and approachable with great communication skills
- Organised, trustworthy, and team-minded
- Able to stay upbeat under pressure
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
