Ear Candy: Stush & Hard House Banton - We Nuh Run (Sirens Riddim)

Hard House Banton has…let’s put it this way, had a journey indeed. Growing up in the depths of South London, Banton started his pursuit of musical stardom joining forces in the late 90s with fellow South Londoner's, Sickkid, Fiascoe and Chro to form the garage group, No Stopping Dis (N.S.D) but it wasn’t until later into the new millennium that Banton realised his true calling, was to step behind the buttons and produce. His sound varies from melodic R&B joints, to head banging Hip-Hop and House tracks and throughout his audio journeys he’s come to collaborate with various UK artists from numerous genres. In 2008 his ‘Siren EP’ was one of the biggest tunes to come out snowballing thanks in part to the huge support it received from the likes of Kode 9, Roska and the mystical tea merchant himself, Mr Scruff. Banton will be continuing his musical ascension with us at FABRICLIVE this Friday in the comfort of our Room Three niche as part of The Heatwave curated Funky Bashment takeover alongside Sticky, Lady Chann, Doctor, Gabriel Heatwave & Rubi Dan. And thanks to his kind hearted, hype inclined nature you can download his ‘We Nuh Run’ track - on which he collaborated with Stush (who’s leant her hand/vocal chords to Groove Armada’s track ‘Get Down’) - for nothing... nadda... zip... zilch...right here: DOWNLOAD: Stush & Hard House Banton - We Nah Run (Sirens Riddim):
