Eyeballin': Get Up Close To FABRICLIVE 68: Calibre

We're incredibly proud to be releasing drum & bass goliath, Calibre's first ever commercially available mix CD. FABRICLIVE 68 has all kinds of everything within it's tracklist, but it's mixed together with such authoritative experience that it really does capture his career through music. Ahead of the CD's launch party (in Room Two next Friday) we just released the promo video, so it serves as a good excuse to point you towards a lengthy interview Calibre gave to Everyday Junglist earlier this week while we show it to you. "In a way [the mix CD] is kind of an archaic art but it still has value and adds value to people in many ways," Calibre told EDJ. "It's the best way to get introduced to new types of music. A lot people will just listen to whatever they're bloody given and don't look much further! For this mix to be able to do that to people means that I hope it will always be there as a format."
